How does your custom development process work?
We start by understanding your requirements, then provide a detailed proposal outlining scope, timeline and pricing. Once agreed, you pay 50% upfront to commence work, and the remaining 50% upon completion. We work to deliver within the agreed timeline with a 21-day completion guarantee.
Do you offer customization?
Yes, all our AI services are fully customized to meet your specific business needs. We don't offer one-size-fits-all packages - every project is tailored to your requirements, budget and goals. That's why all services are custom-quoted.
Service Purchases & Access
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay and other supported wallets through our secure Stripe integration. For custom services (quote-first), payments are processed after scope confirmation.
Are my payment details secure?
Absolutely. We use Stripe, a PCI DSS-compliant payment processor, to handle all transactions. Your payment information is encrypted and never stored on our servers.
How do I access my purchased services?
After completing your service purchase, you will receive an email with instructions. For AI Powered Online Platforms, we will contact you to begin the development process. For AI business coaching sessions, we will be in touch to organize a suitable time. You can also access your service information via your account page.
How long do I have access to my purchased services?
For AI Powered Online Platforms, you have ongoing access to your custom platform. For AI business coaching, you have access to session recordings and materials as outlined in your service agreement.
What is the process for accessing services after purchase?
After purchasing our services, you will receive a confirmation email with next steps. For AI Powered Online Platforms, our team will contact you within 24 hours to begin the consultation and development process. For AI business coaching, we will schedule your sessions based on your availability.
Are services delivered remotely or in-person?
All our services are delivered remotely. Custom development projects are completed by our team and delivered digitally. Coaching sessions are conducted via video call. This allows us to serve clients globally while being based in Melbourne, Australia.
Returns & Refunds
What is your refund policy?
For custom development projects (websites, automations, SaaS tools), payment is structured as 50% upfront and 50% upon completion. If we cannot complete your project within 21 days of the agreed timeline, we may waive or refund the remaining 50%. Full refunds are issued only if we cannot complete the project as quoted. What is the 21-day completion guarantee?
If we cannot complete your custom development project within 21 days of the agreed timeline in your proposal or statement of work, we may waive or refund the remaining 50% balance. This ensures you're protected if delivery is delayed beyond reasonable expectations.
What if the service doesn't work as described?
If you encounter any issues with a delivered service not functioning as described, please contact our support team immediately. We will work with you to resolve any technical issues or provide additional support. Your consumer rights under Australian Consumer Law always apply, including the right to remedies if services fail to meet consumer guarantees.

How much do your services cost?

What are your payment terms?
Our standard payment structure is 50% upfront to commence work and 50% upon completion of the agreed scope. Payment milestones and schedules are clearly defined in your proposal or statement of work (SOW) before work begins.
How long does a custom AI project take?
Project timelines vary based on complexity and requirements. Simple projects may take 1-2 weeks, while complex SaaS tools can take 6-12+ weeks. We provide realistic timeline estimates in your proposal and work to deliver within the agreed timeframe. Our 21-day completion guarantee protects you from unreasonable delays.
