We do not share your AI-generated content with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data Retention: AI tool inputs and outputs may be temporarily stored to provide the service and improve tool accuracy. Free tool usage data is anonymized. Premium subscriber data is retained for as long as your subscription is active plus 90 days after cancellation.

  • AI Model Providers: OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, and other AI services that power our AI Tools. Your inputs are processed through these services to generate outputs. These providers are contractually prohibited from using your data for model training
  • Professional advisors: Lawyers, accountants, auditors and insurers as needed for business operations
  • Law enforcement: Government bodies or regulatory authorities when required by Australian law or to protect our legal rights
  • Business transfers: Potential buyers in the event of a business sale, merger or acquisition (with notification to you)
